The Three Roll Grinding Milling Machine is a high-precision lab mixer designed for grinding and dispersing paste-like materials such as paints, inks, pigments, dyes, plastics, and food products. Its triple zirconia ceramic rollers deliver excellent wear and corrosion resistance, ensuring stable performance even in demanding environments, while the 304 stainless steel housing provides long-lasting durability.
Adjustable Grinding System:
Equipped with four adjustable knobs, this laboratory mill allows precise control of roll gaps (3–18μm) and material distribution, ensuring consistent grinding accuracy for high-color-demand substances like inks and pigments.
Cooling & Lubrication:
The machine includes water inlet (0.39 in) and outlet (0.78 in) ports for easy connection to a cooling system, maintaining optimal thermal management. Multiple oil filler holes allow regular addition of gear grease to ensure smooth operation and prolonged mechanical life.
User-Friendly Design:
Color-coded white plastic baffles, numbered for easy installation, optimize contact with the roll surfaces. The front-end scraper (with spare included) efficiently collects processed material from the discharging roll.
High-Efficiency Milling Process:
The three rolls rotate at progressively higher speeds. Material fed between the feeding and central rolls is subjected to high shear forces, then further refined between the central and discharging rolls. A knife blade scrapes the finished paste off the discharging roll. Multiple milling cycles can be repeated for maximum dispersion and uniformity.
